ABOUT THE EVENT
A FREE DAY FOR THE WHOLE COMMUNITY
The Annual Back to School Clinic is two hours of real basketball coaching followed by two hours of food, school supplies, raffles, and vendors. Every kid walks out with a T-shirt, supplies for the school year, and a reason to keep showing up.
It costs families nothing. It runs entirely on local businesses who decide this neighborhood is worth investing in. That is where you come in.
- 9:00 - 11:00 AM: Clinic, fundamentals and live coaching
- 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Community event, food, vendors, giveaways
- Free T-shirts, school supplies, and raffle prizes for every athlete

From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM the gym turns into a community event. Set up a table, meet families, hand out samples, and sell what you do best.

COMMON QUESTIONS
When do you need my logo?
As soon as you can. Flyer and T-shirt printing happen ahead of the event, so earlier logos get better placement.
Can I sponsor and also bring a booth?
Yes. Every sponsorship tier includes a vendor booth. If you only want a booth, use the vendor application.
What if I want to donate product instead of money?
School supplies, shoes, water, and raffle prizes are always welcome. Email us and we'll coordinate drop off.
Will I get a receipt for my sponsorship?
Yes. After payment you'll receive an emailed receipt through Stripe with our contact information for your records.
